Complete Beginners Course
You deserve to be confident in your beginners practice. That's why we've designed a 4 week course to guide you through the foundations of Yoga. ​

This course is for those with little or no experience of Yoga, or for anyone who wants to revisit the basics. ​We also have a number of beginner friendly classes on our booking page.
Together we'll cover:
Asana / Foundational Postures
Pranayama / Yogic breath
Yoga Philosophy & Meditation
Personal Practice
Build a strong foundation in Yoga postures and an understanding of the correct alignment for your body. Gain confidence in each posture and start to flow through sequences
Learn how to breathe through each posture and practice different breathwork techniques (for calm, for increased energy etc)
An brief introduction to the key principles of yoga, connecting to the body and quieting the mind
Begin to cultivate a personal practice, understanding exactly what it is you need and enjoy
Join us to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness
