Yoga classes will be provided every morning and late afternoon/evening from the dedicated Yoga space.  Morning classes will focus on energising and uplifting and evening classes will bring deep relaxation (for example Yin and Nidra). Classes will suit all ages and abilities, with adjustments as required. This is the perfect chance to try different styles of yoga in a safe and personalised environment. Sound bath, breath work, energy cleansing practices and meditation will be incorporated throughout the week, to ensure you leave feeling renewed. Additional practices will be woven into the retreat as optional activities, including nature walks, hiking, and art workshops.You will have plenty of free time to relax, wonder the gardens, get lost in a book, lounge in front of the fire and connect with like minded women.
