We offer a range of yoga classes to suit all styles and capabilities.

 

The core belief at the heart of all our classes is that it doesn’t matter how you look, only how you feel. And our aim is to help you feel good.

Some of the styles we teach in our studio are listed below. â€‹â€‹â€‹

Vinyasa A dynamic (and sometimes fast paced) flow to build strength, flexibility, and balance through creative sequencing and fluid transitions. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or advance each posture. ​ Hatha Yoga A slow intentional practice focusing on alignment, breath, and foundational postures. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a mindful, steady approach that cultivates body awareness and deep calm. Yin Yoga A deeply restorative practice that targets the joints and connective tissues through long, supported holds. Yin helps increase mobility, release tension, and quiet the nervous system—ideal for stress relief, recovery, deep stretching and emotional/energetic release. ​ Beginner’s Yoga A welcoming and confidence boosting introduction to yoga. Learn foundational postures, safe alignment, & breathing techniques in a supportive environment. Perfect for newcomers or anyone looking to rebuild confidence on the mat. ​ Yoga Nidra A deeply restful practice, known as yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that invites you to lie down & let go. Here we access different brainwave states (Alpha, Theta etc) for profound relaxation and emotional balance. ​£10

Sound Healing

The power of sound - an ancient and scientifically proven healing practice.

 

Come and get cosy atop a meditation mattress, before a log burning fire, and let our crystal sounds bathe you.

​

All of our sound sessions include gentle breathwork and meditation.

In these calming sessions we use the frequency of crystal bowls, drums, chimes and nature sounds to bring you into your body and deeply regulate your nervous system. Sound healing helps to ignite our parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), releasing stress, tension and anxiety. Sound wave frequencies also promote the release of emotional/energetic blockages in the body.

This is a deeply relaxing practice and a good night sleep is guaranteed!

Mat Pilates Classes

​

Mat Pilates is a full-body workout that targets your core, improves posture, and enhances overall strength.

 

Using your body weight, you’ll move through controlled, precise exercises that target deep stabilizing muscles. Each class emphasises mindful breathwork, alignment, and repetitive movement to create strength, flexibility and balance.

​

Suitable for all levels, with modifications for beginners and progressions for those seeking more of a challenge.​
